As the Managing Principal of Harvard Jolly | PBK’s Tampa office, Phil is responsible for business development, management, and project design. He works closely with his colleagues to maintain the reputation the firm has earned over the years for exceptional service, quality, and design. Phil understands the importance of client satisfaction and achieves it by being a good listener, offering creative design solutions that meet a project’s budget and schedule, and following through on commitments.
