Lucian Tatum

Lucian serves as the Director of Architecture for PBK in Griffin, Georgia, bringing nearly three decades of expertise in designing and managing educational and private sector projects. Since joining the firm in 1995, he has been instrumental in advancing design technology, leading PBK’s transition to Building Information Modeling (BIM) in 2009 to enhance visualization and precision throughout the design process. As the office’s BIM manager, he ensures seamless project execution from concept to completion. With deep expertise in construction cost estimating and value engineering, Lucian blends innovation with financial efficiency, delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions that drive project success.
