 As a BEAM Professional Senior Project Manager in Dallas, TX, Gary is responsible for overseeing and executing building envelope assessments, design, contract document review, quality assurance observations and field performance testing services. Gary has extensive experience working with Owners, Architects, General Contractors, and trade contractors assisting them in selecting and installing roofing and façade systems that are appropriate for their specific project needs when taking into consideration building code requirements, energy code requirements, building type, occupancy of the building, and cost constraints. Gary has direct experience in field installation of roofing and cladding systems obtained through his early career on the Contractor and manufacturer rep side of the industry. Gary is a long-term member of IIBEC (International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants) and currently is serving a 3-year commitment on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Chapter of IIBEC.
