PBK is #1! This year PBK was named the nation’s largest K-12 school architecture firm in Building Design + Construction’s 2020 Giants 300 report. This is the second consecutive year in which we’ve improved our ranking, moving up one spot from #2 in 2019 and from #3 in 2018. PBK now holds the #1 spot with a significant margin over all of our competition.
It is also worth noting that, in this same survey, WLC was listed as the 8th largest school firm in 2019. Since WLC and PBK have now come together as PBK-WLC, our standing in the K-12 market in 2020 and beyond will include the volume of both firms.
In the Architecture / Engineering Firms Category, not specific to any sector, PBK came in at #15, jumping seven spots from 2019 when we ranked #22. We also improved by seven spots in the University A/E Firm category, ranking #43 in 2020, up from #50 in 2019. The report ranks Architecture, Engineering and Construction firms by discipline and across more than 30 building sectors and specialty services. Data for the report is based on 2019 information provided by the respective firm.
