This project encompassed the relocation of the Houston accounting offices for UHY Advisors to a four-level 92,939 RSF office space. The office is designed to accommodate the firm’s three-year projections for a total of 467 employees. The design concentrates on the firm’s desire for maximum space flexibility and creation of a more accessible and accommodating work environment. Departments in the project include Forensics, Litigation and Valuation, Tax, Audit, Flexible Staffing/ERAS, Wealth Advisors, SALT and Administration.
