The Industrial Technology Center (ITC) renovation at Texas State Technical College-Waco campus includes approximately 56,000 sf interior demolition to the West end of the ITC building.

Renovations were made to a 9,482 sf portion of the ITC building to provide enhanced performance based education spaces and relocated grinding lab equipment. Full scope of work includes the renovation of interior existing building elements, a new PBE instructional shop, computer lab, offices, storage areas, and renovation of the heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and telecommunications.
