This new, state-of-the-art research facility is a joint collaboration of the Center for Translational Research in Aging & Longevity Laboratory and the Exercise and Sports Nutrition Laboratory.

It showcases clinical research labs, inpatient study subject accommodations, offices, and support facilities. The ground floor of the facility collocates five primary functions with the Rehabilitation and Wellness Gym and Faculty / Staff Offices. The upper floor houses a 12-bed inpatient testing Unit, as well as the Aging and Longevity Research Laboratory and Clinical Testing Center where subjects are screened and periodically evaluated during their stay.
