The Sam and Carmena Goss Memorial Branch Library of the Chambers County Library System showcases stack space containing more than 15,000 volumes, as well as a Community meeting room, a Teen Flex room for study and game playing, and a Children’s room for story time.

The library’s namesake of Sam and Carmena Goss are long-time Mont Belvieu residents who served as City Councilman and Mayor, as well as educators with the school district. The project was jointly developed and funded by Chambers County, the City of Mont Belvieu, and Barbers Hill ISD. Collaboration between all three public entities was facilitated by PBK throughout the design and construction phases.
