North Richland Middle School

Middle School

Client: Birdville Independent School District
Market: K-12 Education
Discipline: Architecture + Interiors
Project Area: 161,505 sq. ft.

This project replaces the 54-year old North Richland Middle School in four phases (original building constructed in 1962). The first phase of the project entails demolishing the campus’ existing athletic fields and erecting construction fencing around the footprint of the impending new structure. The second phase involves construction of the new (replacement) middle school. Next, contractors will remove all existing portable buildings from the site and demolish the existing structure. And the fourth and final phase will be to construct new athletic fields and parking areas (in place of the old structure).
