When North East ISD acquired Time Warner Sports Complex, the district hired PBK to provide a complete renovation and upgrades to the existing fields and facilities which included this new, 1,600-seat competitive high school baseball stadium with bull pens, a press box, synthetic turf field, and a scoreboard. The additional project was renovation to the existing swimming facility comprising a pool and four (4) buildings. PBK converted the existing recreational pool into a high school practice pool by adding starting blocks, shade structures, wall targets, a new pool liner with floor markers, and heating for year-round use. Site improvements include a 100-space parking addition, lighting upgrades, and a security system.
