The new Construction & Skilled Trades Technology Center acts as an instructional support facility to the North Harris Campus of the Lone Star College System. The Construction & Skilled Trades Technology Center offers multiple programs of study, including numerous workforce education courses and programs. The new facility is keenly focused on leading-edge technology in emerging technical job fields. The overall educational purpose of the center was to provide professional workforce education and training.
