This project includes demolition and new construction and renovations to the existing High School campus. It includes a 30,000 sq. ft. auditorium addition, a 72,000 sq. ft., three-story classroom building, four additional tennis courts, and other work as described in the construction documents. The project scope consists of grading, fencing, landscape, paving, associated parking, utilities, site work, restrooms, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, and other work as described in the construction documents.
