Facilities & Building Envelope Assessment

Texas Children’s Hospital charged PBK with the study of how their facilities can best accommodate the future of healthcare in the context of aging facilities and infrastructure. The scope included the detailed condition assessment and analysis of their Texas Medical Center (TMC) and West Houston campuses. Working hospital leadership at all levels, PBK was made aware of the qualitatively understanding potential of growth and/or replacement opportunities in the highly competitive Houston healthcare market.
