The school is 240,000 gross square feet in area and will have a capacity of 1400 students to assist the school district in addressing their continued enrollment growth. The project is modeled after PBK’s award-winning Eugene Kranz Junior High School, completed in 2018 for Dickinson ISD. The new campus will house sixth, seventh and eighth grade students as part of the district’s realignment from the current seventh and eighth grade junior high schools.
PBK has maintained a long-standing relationship with Dickinson ISD, most recently starting back in 2004. PBK has completed numerous major projects for the school district including multiple new schools, a stadium complex, agricultural center, athletic fields as well as renovations and additions. The new campus is scheduled to be constructed and open to welcome the new students in Fall 2023.
