Dickey Youth Development Center

This 11,000 sq. ft. two-story Community Center is located in a culturally diverse residential neighborhood with significant historical examples of craftsman style architecture. The large two-story massing is relieved by varying wall materials and changing roof heights. This allows the building to blend with the scale of the surrounding residential neighborhood. As part of the City of Fresno’s new “Green Initiative”, the project is designed to be as energy efficient and environmentally friendly as possible.
