Chino High School Reconstruction

Client: Chino Valley Unified School District
Market: K-12 Education

The project is comprised of 180,000 square feet of new building construction of the “new” campus on the existing and fully operational campus serving 2,000 students daily. The construction is to be completed in four phases which was a primary consideration for the planning and design.

Project Summary:

  • Existing Comprehensive High School on approximately 80 acres site.
  • Grades 9-12
  • County Special Education Programs
  • 180,000 square feet of new building construction
  • New Performing Arts Center
  • New Aquatic Center
  • New and increased athletic field space
  • Maintaining the existing Gymnasium
