Centralized Impatient Business Office Building 

Harvard Jolly was selected by Encompass Health Corporation to provide architectural services for a new 37,000 SF single-story office building in the Bexley development in Lutz, Florida. The new facility will accommodate 225 employees with additional space for workstations. EHC provides facility-based and home-based post-acute healthcare services across 36 states and Puerto Rico. Their centralized inpatient business office (CBO) manages the billing and collections for over 100 hospitals and is currently located in Brooksville, Florida. EHC wants to expand their capacity and relocate by building this new facility.
