Project Area: 53,000 sq. ft.

This 16-acre site, located in northern Clovis, was designed with a radial plan to provide a friendly and inviting facility to the community that is simple and easy to learn yet also allows strong sight lines from the Administration Building for control and security.

The campus is in the center of a master-planned development with an “Early California” architectural theme by integrating elements and materials from the turn-of-the-century with 21st century design. The 53,000 sq. ft. elementary school includes an admin/LMC building, multi-purpose building, 3 classroom wings (totaling 18 classrooms), a kindergarten building, and future relocatable classroom buildings. The classroom wings feature interior hallways used for additional pullout study areas and aid in campus security.
