Thomas Mayo

Tom serves as the Managing Principal of our Fort Myers Office. He’s a true Floridian, born and raised, with more than 40 years of experience in architecture. For the past 27 years, he’s been working right here in Southwest Florida, where he’s been in charge of lots of different projects, from schools, universities and stores to green building projects. In fact, he’s led 11 projects that were certified as being super eco-friendly (LEED Certified). 

Tom is part of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), showing just how dedicated he is to his profession. He’s also a trailblazer, being the first architect in Southwest Florida to become a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional.
