Steve Padgett

A Florida native and graduate of Clemson University, Steve made tremendous changes and elevated growth in the region. Steve worked on prominent projects including projects for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Atlanta Braves, IMG Academy, and Gatorade Sports Science Institute. He worked with their government partners to lead their region forward including the Sarasota County Administrative Center and Bradenton Area Convention Center expansion. Steve is an active project architect who is passionate about the development of our community.
