Robert Cusick

Robert S. Cusick, AIA, LEED AP BD+C is a Principal and Studio Production Director at PBK, where he plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered with technical excellence, consistency, and care. He leads Florida operations with a focus on scheduling, staffing, quality assurance and quality control, and building code compliance, helping teams work efficiently while meeting the highest professional standards.

Serving as a technical resource across all Florida offices, Robert supports project teams by strengthening construction documentation, specifications, and operational processes. His leadership extends firmwide through service on the PBK QAQC Committee, Florida Construction Administration Committee, and PBK Graphic Standards Committee, where he helps shape best practices that ultimately benefit clients.

Robert is deeply committed to mentorship and professional development, serving as an NCARB AXP Supervisor and guiding emerging professionals as they grow in their careers. His experience spans a wide range of complex projects, including higher education, civic, and K–12 facilities, with representative work such as the University of South Florida St. Petersburg Campus Kate Tiedemann College of Business, St. Petersburg Police Department Headquarters, and Lemon Bay High School.
