Pat Heeb

Pat brings a distinctive blend of management consulting and construction industry experience that positions him to support PBK’s continued growth and long-term vision. His background includes advising organizations on growth strategy, competitive positioning, organizational performance, and operational excellence, along with managing complex construction projects across the AEC industry.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Kentucky, where he was active in the Engineering Leadership Program and the American Society of Civil Engineers, as well as an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

At PBK, Pat applies his strategic and analytical expertise to advance firmwide initiatives and strengthen operational and business performance.
