Michele Gargano
With more than 25 years of experience, Michele Gargano brings a proven record of leading complex educational and civic projects from concept through completion. Licensed in both California and Washington, Michele’s portfolio spans PreK-12 modernizations, higher-education facilities, and civic centers, as well as public-safety and community projects across the western U.S.
A graduate of Washington State University, Michele holds dual degrees in Architecture and Architectural Studies with a Minor in Sustainable Development. She is known for her ability to build lasting client relationships, balance design innovation with cost and schedule realities, and lead multi-disciplinary teams toward shared success. Her project leadership includes award-winning facilities such as the American Canyon Police and Fire Facility, Scottsdale Fire Stations 1 & 8 (LEED Platinum), and high-performance K-12 facilities for Paradise USD, Los Rios CCD, and San Mateo CCD.
Beyond project delivery, Michele is passionate about mentorship and community service. She has volunteered with ACE/Create, served as a CASH Academy graduate, and supports CIEF’s annual Design-Build Competition. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in collaboration, clear communication, and creating environments that exceed client expectations while inspiring the next generation of learners and leaders.
