As a California Principal at PBK, he works across eight regional offices to elevate client service and design excellence throughout the state. Mike is known for his ability to connect the dots—translating complex client needs into actionable solutions that align program, budget, design, and delivery. His leadership is grounded in listening, facilitating, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders, ensuring that each project is responsive, efficient, and impactful.
