He is a licensed architect and has served clients across the higher education, PreK-12, and civic markets. Lance’s commitment to the pre-design process, from public outreach to funding proposals, sets projects up for success. A firm believer in the power of collaboration, Lance oversees client relations, business development, and project delivery as well as staff mentoring for PBK’s Bay Area operations.
