As a licensed architect and seasoned project executive, Lance leads PBK’s Northern California operations with a clear focus on service, strategy, and design excellence. With two decades of experience across higher education, PreK-12, and civic sectors, he brings deep insight into the full project approach, from early engagement and funding strategies to final delivery.

Lance is especially passionate about the pre-design process, where strong collaboration, community outreach, and vision alignment lay the groundwork for lasting impact. In addition to overseeing major initiatives and client partnerships, he plays a key role in mentoring staff and shaping the growth of PBK’s presence throughout the region.
