Kris is a Principal and Senior Project Manager in our Tacoma office. As a DBIA certified professional, he leads the alternative delivery project efforts and is involved in all phases of design. Kris is dedicated to working collaboratively, believing that the best results come from strong collaboration between the design and construction teams. He strives to foster effective working relationships between all involved parties, taking pride in his ability to work well with others and find solutions that are both attractive and practical. 

Kris excels in project management, with a strong skill set in coordinating and overseeing all project aspects. Known for meticulous planning, he ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget. Kris is adept at risk management, problem-solving, and maintaining clear and open communication with all stakeholders. His proactive approach helps mitigate issues before they arise, ensuring a smooth project flow from inception to completion. 

With extensive experience in PreK-12 and higher education projects, Kris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He has successfully managed numerous complex projects, always aiming to exceed client expectations. Kris enjoys the relationships created through his work and the positive impact on the communities served.
