Jaepyo Park

Jaepyo Park is a Senior Designer at PBK, where he provides design leadership with a primary focus on educational facilities, including K–12 and higher education projects. In his role, Jaepyo leads conceptual design, supports campus and facility planning, and collaborates closely with project teams and clients to deliver thoughtful, high-performing learning environments.

Jaepyo entered the architecture profession in 2000 and brings extensive experience across all phases of architectural practice, from master planning and site analysis through design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. His areas of expertise include educational design, sustainable strategies, and the integration of innovative solutions within complex institutional projects.

At PBK, Jaepyo is responsible for shaping design vision, mentoring team members, and maintaining a high standard of design excellence across multiple project types. He plays a key role in aligning design intent with client goals, technical requirements, and budget considerations.

Representative projects include the Santa Rosa District Office for Santa Rosa City Schools, comprising a district office and maintenance facility, and the Victor Valley High School CTE Building for Victor Valley Union High School District, a project that elevated the firm’s overall design quality through strong architectural leadership.

Jaepyo holds a master’s degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, is licensed in New York State, and is affiliated with AIA and LEED. His professional approach emphasizes collaboration, sustainability, and meaningful community impact. Outside of practice, he is actively involved with the Asian American Architects and Engineers Association.
