Jacob Schmautz

Jacob is an Associate Principal, Senior Project Manager at PBK’s Rancho Cucamonga office where he focuses on delivering superior client service in the K-12 market, leading multiple project teams, and contributing to continuous mentorship.  

His unique experience began in 2007 with project management for a large general contractor followed by project management in the construction department for a large Southern California school district. Jacob shifted his focus to architecture by serving in construction administration for several years forging the important practice of bridging design and construction. This unique experience gives Jacob a well-rounded perspective of the roles and responsibilities within the Owner/Architect/Contractor relationship which ultimately assists in his ability to be a strong team player and client service champion. 

Jacob’s intentional team-based approach is a testament to his commitment in building relationships with his colleagues by opening channels for collaboration. His dedication to building strong teams translates to providing trusted service and long-lasting client relationships.
