Isabel Corsino
Isabel brings a collaborative, community-focused approach to her leadership across the Dallas–Fort Worth region. Having worked in the architecture and design industry since the early 2000s, she has built a multidisciplinary portfolio spanning K–12, civic, municipal, multifamily, commercial, and public-sector environments.
A licensed architect and interior designer in Texas, Florida, and Puerto Rico, Isabel is known for cultivating strong partnerships with clients and guiding teams toward solutions that enhance long-term community impact. Her experience includes leading major bond programs, directing large consultant teams, and working closely with superintendents, district leaders, civic officials, and community stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, future-ready facilities.
Isabel also brings unique insight from her service as a municipal Director of Economic Development, giving her an inside understanding of local government processes, public priorities, and the broader economic context shaping capital projects. This perspective allows her to navigate complex challenges with clarity, advocacy, and a deep respect for the communities PBK serves.
As Senior Principal and Area Leader, Isabel oversees PBK’s efforts throughout the DFW region—supporting K–12 and civic clients, strengthening project delivery, and championing design excellence that reflects the needs and aspirations of students, educators, public teams, and local communities.
