Eric O’Donnell is the Office Director for PBK’s Coral Gables office, leading the firm’s growth, design leadership, and client engagement efforts across South Florida. With over two decades of experience, he has delivered complex educational, athletic, and community-focused facilities that balance design excellence, operational performance, and long-term value.

 A trusted advisor to clients, Eric plays a key role in business development and regional strategy while leading multidisciplinary teams on projects of varying scale and complexity. He guides design vision through all phases of delivery, navigating regulatory processes, stakeholder coordination, and budget alignment with clarity and rigor. Known for translating client objectives into cohesive, buildable solutions, Eric brings a leadership philosophy best described as “big ears, little ego,” emphasizing attentive listening, collaboration, and shared ownership.
