Since 1993, Donna has served as a corporate executive in charge of the firm’s Client Relations programs. She has created and implemented programs that maintain PBK’s excellence in client service and actively maintains the firm’s industry-leadership image by communicating programs and accomplishments that positively raise the firm’s reputation and status.
