
Dayna Hernandez
Dayna Hernandez brings nearly three decades of dedicated service in public education to her role as Manager for PreK-12 Engagement and Partnerships at PBK. As a lifelong advocate for student success, Dayna is known for her innovative leadership, passion for public service, and deep commitment to building trust-based partnerships.
Prior to joining PBK, Dayna led Klein ISD as Chief of Staff and previously served as Associate Superintendent of Communications and Planning and Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, where she coached and supported principals across the district. Earlier in her career, she served as a campus principal, recognized as Principal of the Year in 2016, and as a classroom teacher, honored as Teacher of the Year in 1999. She also completed the prestigious Rice University Education Entrepreneurship Program, equipping her to bridge educational excellence with strategic business practices.
