David has a decade of architectural services experience. As Director of PBK’s Rio Grande Valley (RGV) office, David has extensive experience in coordinating all design team activities from planning phases through construction administration. He has an extensive experience in construction to complex renovations for an array of educational, municipal and commercial projects across the Rio Grande Valley.
