Brie Gargano
Brie Gargano brings more than two decades of architectural leadership across K-12, higher education, and civic sectors. Her extensive background in facilities modernization, educational planning, and state-funded capital programs has made her a trusted partner to school districts and public agencies throughout California.
A licensed architect in California and Washington, Brie earned her Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Architectural Studies degrees from Washington State University, along with a Minor in Sustainable Development. She holds LEED AP BD+C and CDT credentials, underscoring her technical proficiency and dedication to sustainable, resilient design.
Brie’s portfolio includes large-scale programs for San Juan USD, Calistoga JUSD, Chabot CCD, Washington USD, and Winters Joint USD, as well as civic projects such as the American Canyon Police and Fire Facility and Delano Police Department. Known for her clarity, organization, and hands-on leadership, Brie excels at guiding teams through every project phase, from programming and design through construction administration.
She is deeply committed to mentoring emerging professionals, volunteering with ACE/Create, and supporting CIEF’s student design competitions. Brie believes that thoughtful, inclusive design can transform the educational experience to foster community pride and lifelong learning.
