Beryl Mensonides
Beryl Mensonides brings over 17 years of architectural experience and leadership in the K–12 and civic sectors. She is a licensed architect in California and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Her portfolio spans projects of varying scale, including several large, high-profile developments. Notable work includes the Centennial High School Comprehensive Modernization and New Construction project for Compton USD, with a $270 million construction value, and the Jefferson High School Comprehensive Modernization and New Construction project for Los Angeles USD, valued at $160 million. In addition, Beryl has led the development of 10-year long-range facilities master plans for Baldwin Park USD and Jurupa USD.
Beryl is recognized for her strong organizational leadership and expertise in project delivery, team management, staffing, and operations. She is a dedicated advocate for servant leadership and is deeply committed to mentoring and developing emerging professionals. Since 2012, she has been actively involved with the ACE Mentor Program in California’s Inland Empire, where she now serves as a Board Member, supporting and inspiring the next generation of AEC professionals at local high schools.
