Before joining PBK, she spent nearly 20 years in project management roles within owner-side organizations, including managing construction and bond programs for a large Texas school district. This perspective gives her deep insight into client needs and the importance of delivering responsive, value-driven solutions. As Principal and Client Executive, Ashley is known for building trust, fostering collaboration, and leading high-performing teams. She’s passionate about creating environments where people thrive and guiding complex projects with clarity and care.
