With 24 years of experience in public education, she has served as a classroom educator, middle and high school assistant principal, and campus principal in two districts, as well as a district‑level leader overseeing Curriculum & Instruction and Strategic Initiatives in North DFW.
Amanda has guided multiple districts through comprehensive visioning and master planning processes, helping align long‑range facility planning with instructional priorities and community goals. She excels at building shared understanding among stakeholders by translating educational research into engaging, accessible formats that connect pedagogy with innovative learning environments designed to elevate student engagement.
She has led professional learning on the effective use of flexible furniture, innovative spaces, and environmental design strategies that promote student agency.
