This project is a replacement middle school built on the same site as the existing Baker Middle School during the school year. This project consists of a new 176,076 sf middle school with academic instruction areas – library, art, science, and music classrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria with a platform, and administrative offices. Site improvements include faculty and visitor parking areas totaling 175 spaces, drop-off areas for buses, automobiles, special education, and day-care vehicles. On-site improvements consist of covered walkways, storm water drainage, sanitary sewer infrastructure, and all associated utilities.
