Administration Office Building

Client: Confidential Energy + Industrial Client
Market: Corporate + Commercial
Discipline: Architecture + Interiors
Project Area: 95,000 sq. ft.

PBK conducted a comprehensive campus master plan for this property that included the incorporation of new office buildings to co-locate an administration office, maintenance office facility, and HESS building. The outcome of the plan results in a corporate campus that fosters an environment of branded buildings with similar design characteristics and surrounding environments to promote a sense of “welcoming comfort” for visitors and employees.

Through the careful selection of certain exterior building materials and location of various site amenities (i.e. open green spaces, sidewalks, outdoor collaboration areas), the branding of the site evolved naturally. The plan also addresses traffic flow, pedestrian circulation, parking, lighting, site identity, safety, security, and future growth while siting a new administrative office complex that works in unison with the corporate brand of this large petroleum corporation.
